The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I download the .2a Beta game and I have found that I have lost my radio, ability to be a DOA officer, police computer and all of the other .02a features. From the looks of if it is as if I've been downgraded to .01e.

Any ideas?

Positive. All of the files went into the main directory, I'm running the latest script hook, I'm as bamboozled as you are. I was combing through the forums and I found a couple other instances of this from earlier this week. If anything comes to mind, just pass it along!

Delete "LSPD First Response.dll" and LSPD First response.pdb" from your main directory. They are no longer required, and since copy/pasting new files only overwrites those with the same name, they weren't deleted when you updated.

    There have been changes to the RPH plugin loading process, that seem to cause issues when there are old versions of plugins in the main directory. LMS is aware of the issue.
