The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Is it possible to view the current version/build of LSPDFR?

I believe I just installed the 0.2a Beta, but I just killed someone with the taser. I want to make sure the files got configured correctly with my mod manager.

I believe I just installed the 0.2a Beta, but I just killed someone with the taser. I want to make sure the files got configured correctly with my mod manager.

I think you can view it through the Ragehook plugin console while in-game. (I'm not sure though, so don't quote me on that). By default the startup file that comes with LSPDFR starts LSPDFR plugin automatically, opening the console may or may not give you definitive version number upon loading into the game.
