I crash for callouts an calling backup

The first time I updated to .2 LSPDFR, It crashed for calling in backup. I simply restarted the game and havent had a crash like this ever since. maybe try restarting and see if that helps this issue. It helped me.

Im Retired. But that may change..

I just downloaded and installed LSPDFR 0.2a, and for some reason it is not working. I launch GTA through the rage plugin, press yes to unblocking all the files, and then everything lauches with no problems, no errors. When I get into GTA I see the police station markers, and go to the nearest one to go on duty, All good no crashes, atleast none that's visible. But when I'm finished with selecting my player and car, and get out of the selection menu, I don't get any callouts, I can't pull over vehicles, I can't press x to force a callout, but I can go into the police computer. I don't have any other mods installed other than LSPDFR.

Try to remove any other mods that you have, like ScriptHook V.

You're sure that LSPDFR was the only modification running?

Try giving your system a restart and see if that helps.  Also, post a picture of your GTA V directory if you can so that we can make sure only LSPDFR is there.

Easiest way to do that is to bring up the 'snipping tool' on Windows and click and drag over the folder to save a picture of the selected area.  Then upload that here using the post form.

Your directory looks fine, give the restart a try.

You might just have to wait a little while until the RAGE Plugin Hook people have had a chance to look into this.
