i dont know what is going on :( whenever i try to download LSPDFR 0.2a or 0.2b, both firefox and Chrome block it and confirm that there is malware present in the files.

We've released a small update to LSPD First Response 0.2, including a number of fixes to reported issues.  Ever since the release of LSPDFR 0.2, we've been working to identify the most serious problems and glitches, and hope to have fixed all of these with this new update, LSPDFR 0.2a.  Among the fixes and changes included in this update are the debut of non-lethal stun guns, easier arresting and better first person view compatibility.

Also included are a couple of new LSPDFR API functions for developers, including the ability to play audio over the new police radio that we introduced in 0.2, and better access to pedestrian persona data.

Taser works for me when arresting fine.

Guys, what's with 2 LSPDFR 0.2b downloads? What's the difference between the smaller 26MB and the bigger 33MB? What is better to download? I assume the smaller one is compiled with RAGE Plugin Hook?

Pretty sure both are the same, it's just that one is a .rar file, which has better compression resulting in a faster download. You'll need something like WinRAR or 7-Zip to open it, though.

Game keys DO lock. If you have other mods not locking it's because they aren't detecting the computer is open which is down to the modders not LSPDFR.

If it wasn't playtested there'd be a lot more bugs. The keys do lock, and the key is the same as the lights, but only when you're still. You can either change the context action key or the horn/siren key if it bugs you.

I think hes talking about the other mods interfering. Sam already made a comment about it but some people missed it.

While I do run other add-ons with LSPD:FR, this has occurred with them disabled. I'm not sure that it's related but I also receive a similar crash when attempting to lock onto vehicles with the spotlight mod. I know you guys don't support other mods with LSPD:FR but I'm not sure if it was relevant or not.

Your RAGE Plugin Hook log would be better to identify the cause of the crash. I also recommend making a new thread in the Support section of the forum.

PS: It's LSPDFR, not LSPD:FR 

The NPC take too much damage in this newest version of LSPDFR (headshots).   No one should be able to get up after being shot in the head 3 times in a row.

Really not the point.   It is unrealistic.  If there were 8 ballas firing at you you'd shoot for the head.  I play with realistic car damage as well, but I can't undo what ragehook has done to make these NPCs take 3 or more head shots and survive.   If you deploy your firearm there should be consequences.   Also, hitting them with the stick kills them in 1 shot as well as hitting them with the butt of the gun.   Please accept the good constructive criticism of the game without trying to scrutinize my play style.

I think it's time for a donation, seeing as my issue was resolved in one release.

Interesting: I've done several fresh installs of 0.2b to check this but, after each new install everything loads in game and I can bring up the console with the F4 key. Quit the game, reload, everything works but hitting F4 does nothing??? What's going on here?

for some reason it isnt working for me. i have installed both LSPDFR 0.2b and the newest rage hook plugin yet it has reset my LSPDFR to what seems to be the original version 1.0. i have tried reinstalling multiple times yet i cannot access the police computer, ask peds for ID, or any of the newest features.
