Hello everyone I have a hp laptop with AMD Radeon 300 HD graphics with 8GB ram installed. Is it possible to run GTA V smoothly?

I am asking because GTA V requirements are 4GB of ram but a moderator here told me it wasn't possible. I would like more answers before I make the decsion to pay a bunch of cash for a new computer.

It's not your RAM that's the problem, it's your GPU. I don't know much about Radeon cards, but I highly doubt a laptop graphics card such as yours would be able to run GTA V on low if at-all.

Even a GT 820M cant seems to run it, playing on a laptop is something I would not recommend.
If a GT 820M cant run it, HD Graphics on a laptop definitely will not run it.

To answer your question definitively, no. That won't run it unfortunately. 

Maybe actually but you'd have to get one of those graphics reducing. Mods

OK eveyrone so gta v didn't run but gta iv ran perfect. However when starting up this is what I get:
