[7/14/2015 10:27:13 PM.321] LSPD First Response: WARNING! Plugin "LSPD First Response" was terminated because it caused the game to freeze (Freeze was caused by game fiber: <UNNAMED THREAD>).

I believe the problem was that LSPDFR was looking for a audio file to play and It couldn't find the file it was looking for. Make sure that you put the new LSPDFR .2 folder into plugins and not .1e

What does your file structure look like out of curiosity? I had this problem too, the game would freeze and Ragehook would terminate due to it freezing, the game would then slow to a crawl and I had to terminate the exe via task manager.

Do you have an LSPDFR folder in your main directory? along with the other required folders and files? If you look in the Plugins folder there is actually another LSPDFR folder contained in there, it contains all the audio/Police scanner files that play during a callout and during the course of calling for backup (newly introduced in 0.2 of LSPDFR). I don't particularly know what causes the problem, as it looks like it's indeed trying to call an audio file, but combing through the files it all seems to be correctly installed.

It seems to be rather sporadic in the crashing of LSPDFR too, it only seems to ever crash during the call of an audio file in the very beginning if I call for backup during the initial setup phase (precisely when my car is spawned outside of the station I went in. If I wait for approximately 5 minutes, accept a Callout or do a routine traffic stop the calling for backup seems to work as intended, it's odd.

Yeah it would have helped had I posted what t/s'ing steps I had taken before posting my problem.

-I've removed all other mods.. wiped any dll's not from the core game or the newest LSPDFR.  -(- scripthook).  no joy

-removed scripthook. - no joy

-removed lspdfr files and folders, redownloaded lspdfr.  no joy

- verified my files/folders to that shown in the thread on troubleshooting the car computer crashing (I have that as well).  all looks right.

The thing that puzzles me is that the game doesn't really freeze or even stutter..  I get the error stating Rage detected a freeze, but the game is still working.  The error window steals focus however and clicking the acknowledgement seems to force close the game.  It does this at any attempt to call for backup regardless of time in, location, etc..  I did have a similar issue (freeze detected crash, but much more random) to this with the ragehook that came with the first build and a patched ragehook build from their site seemed to have fixed that.

Is the LSPDFR folder sitting in the Plugins subfolder intentionally empty?  That strikes me as odd. I checked 2 different downloaded zip files though and both are empty.

Yes, I believe the folder within the subfolder is a folder that houses LSPDFR API, basically callouts that other people create using the API which then seamlessly loads into LSPDFR without having to load it separately.
