Once i download and install LCPDFR, the game will no longer run.

It works fine with out it though.

I also get many errors. Diagnostic tool doesn't work. Comes up with an error.

Do I need GTA 4 also to play this? I use just Liberty City.

You mean EFLC (Episodes From Liberty City)? If so, then that will work.

Make sure that you are running everything as an administrator (installer, game, diagnostic tool, etc.).

Yeah, EFLC.

Everything is ran as Admin.

Now it starts, but wont load anything on screen. Kind of weird.

You don't have two ASI loaders in your game directory at the same time, do you? Like having dsound and xliveless may cause problems. Other than that, sounds like a strange issue...

What Patch are you using? You should be using 1.0.7 for GTA IV, and 1.0.2 for GTA EFLC.

Patch 1.0.7 link for GTA IV (if you don't have it already): http://support.rocks...-0-5-2-japanese

Patch 1.0.2 link for EFLC (if you don't have it already): http://support.rocks...1-1-2-0-patch-2

Right click on the icon that just says "EFLC" without the "".

Go under details, and look for "Product Version".

So you can't even run the Diagnostics tool?

I can't really help you anymore without it...

Just a quick question, you did choose to install all the required things that came with the installer? Like Scripthook?
