i have made the first skin i want to release. can someone answer :

A. are we allowed to release skins for sams whelen freedom dodge charger?

B. if so what files do i need to upload, i mean just the .wtd, the .img or the model for the car aswell?

Here is a pic of the skin i made

1. Yes. The only thing that would stop you from releasing a skin is if the skin itself is based off another skin.

2. Upload the .png file, not the .wtd or model, and certainly not the .img. The reason is that skins for one police 2006 Charger can actually be used on any police 2006 Charger, as everyone uses Lt. Caine's model. The .wtd is specific to that particular version of the Charger; the .png is not.

Make sure you pack the .png file into a winRAR file along with a read me that credits everyone, for example the car model, who converted it and who made the skin which in this case would be you. I usually include a download link for the model as well

Yup, and the PNG file will due, probably some screenshots and a 'readme.txt' file for noobs would be helpful.
