Where and how can i get a 100 % gamesave

hi idk if this is the rite section im new at this so scold me or warn me if i do wrong posting this here but i was wondering of someone could lead me to a link or guide me with some written instructions where i can get a 100 percent gamesave and where do i put it when i download it
