It looks like a Demo vehicle, especially lacking the department name on the side. Plus it's supposed to be based on an LAPD vehicle, which looks like so:15668168738_850e090e10_z.jpg

Rockstar updated the Buffalo for the Enhanced version, I don't know why they didn't give the Interceptor the same treatment and match the Cruiser that they already made.

​Yep. I like how the LAPD has stuck with the same general design since around the 1940's. It looks classic.
