I fixed this on mine by downloading the manual install version of LSPDFR, and dropping all the files into the gta folder, then loaded it up and got it past that part, now i am having a issue with the GTA 5 rockstar launcher, when i click to run RPH, it opens the launcher and says "Click to open GTA 5 on steam" when i click it, RPH crashes and game doesn't load.

I dont understand it wont get any brighter???

After installing did not make a diffrence on the tahoe? IDK car.defaultlight.day.emissive.on 350.00 Thats what its set for!
