1. I use Traffic Load and when I put in a civ car mod that car won't apear at all (if it does it does rarely).

2. Whatever siren I use a get a little "ker" sound when the siren is playing. This has gotten very annoying.

​hello. i have never used that particular mod but i do use Traffic Flow. it allows you to choose 20 cars that you want to appear in your game. not sure if you would like to try it but i've had zero problems with it :) http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/13-traffic-flow/

The modded car probably has a larger file size than the rest of the cars, so the game is avoiding loading it. Traffic Flow will fix that if you put the car on the list of vehicles in the ini.

(this is just a guess, I never used Traffic Load so I don't know how it works)

​Thanks guys, but 20 cars is not enough for me (what can I say I like variety) and I would like to stick with Load mostly because for some reason sometimes I get the taxi bug with Flow. But if no one has any other suggestions I'll switch.

So when your siren is on, you're hearing some clipping in it? It's a common thing with custom sirens in GTA IV, and, if not directly a problem with the siren tracks, it's mostly associated with a bit of lag while playing. I don't know how your game runs, but make sure it's running smoothly.

I don't exactly recognize the sound effect you tried to recreate in text, but you could also be referring to a small snippit of the wail siren that plays when switching siren tones, produced by the ELS mod.
