Need to learn how to use zmodeler

Hey guys. I have a few cars that I would like to add some extra lights too but I don't know how. I was told you need to use zmodeler and find a list of unlocked items.... I have no clue what is to do. Is there a tutorial somewhere or something that I can use step by step? Thanks in advance

    Well Zmodeler you have to buy, so if you are intent on getting it then you should buy it.  you can easily search up on YouTube for Zmodeler GTA IV tutorials, there are plenty of them out there.  For unlocked parts there's a mega-thread here: http://www.lcpdfr.com/forums/topic/10022-list-of-unlocked-parts/
