The reason it's not working for you (or me) is because we've installed it incorrectly, the instructions gangrenn gave us was extremely vague.

So the way to fix this is if this guy could tell us what he did to install this, if you could do this you will be helping a lot of people, so please do :)

I didn't do anything special. I literally unzipped the rescuemod archive into my \scripts folder. That's it. I'm running ScriptHookV 1.0.393.4a and ScriptHookVDotNet 1.1 if that helps. If you're running the newest version of ScriptHookVDotNet, try downgrading to 1.1.

hmmm, I have no idea what any of that means, also, I don't think there is a way to downgrade scriptkookvdotnet, as I have just searched the internet for 15 minutes looking for it without success. :(

Naw, I just noticed a new version was out and the thread hadn't been updated.

Feel free to post suggestions for the life guard part of the mod ! Right now, i'm working on making fires more realistic, and fixing the paramedic stuck at the doors of walkable commercial structures.

Suggestion for the Life guard,

- shark attack, you need to save the victim and  to evacute the beach and another team or you need to make the sark leave

-hearth attack in the beach (first aid before the arrival of the paramedic)

-missing person on the ceach (normaly we lost kid, but their are no kid in gta...)

Umm, I don't know if any one else is having this issue, but when I play as a EMS helicopter pilot none of the calls actually work for me.

OKAY I have tried everything to get this mod to work installed everything correctly even redownloaded it and re downloaded scripthook to get it to work but still nothing even followed the very little detailed video now what am i suppose to do im totally lost i need some sort of help?!?!?!?

Never mind i got it. BUT now I have another question how do i get rid of the message in the center of the screen telling me what the mod is???

It worked on last patch, latest patch must've broken it. It was a very buggy mod but fun when it worked.

Here is a Step by Step installation video tutorial, for people who can't get it to work / don't know how to install the mod:

 

I'm working on the future update (no release date, yet), here is a list of the current improvements:

• Menu will now use NativeUI ;
• fixed an issue where dead victims would fall off your helicopter after rescuing them while playing as a coast guard ;
• Changed spawn location when playing as a coast guard ;
• Currently being worked on: you will now have to take the victim to a helipad where an ambulance will be waiting for the victim, and will then drive the victim to the hospital ;
• To be added: camera on top of the victim with shaking effects while performing C.P.R ;

 

Regarding the patient treatment not being too realistic / E.M.S callouts: the only medical related animations available are: C.P.R and mouth to mouth, so all the callouts I could add would have to require the use of either C.P.R or mouth to mouth, hence the reason there are not many different type of callouts. Same goes for the patient treatment: I'm searching for ideas to improve the way you treat patients & make E.M.S calls more attractive, but once again, I'm limited by the limits of G.T.A which is not aimed for F.D / E.M.S / Coast Guard simulation: If you have ideas, feel free to share them though (same goes for F.D, etc. callouts).
