No i'm not going to post any link's for it, but i do have question's about it as there are ton's of programs out there that somehow get onto your PC and completely rape your system, i was wondering what it is, i went onto my mom's laptop and she has it installed on her computer, my step dad's brother work's at a big computer software company in toronto and he tried to get it off via teamviewer but failed the attempt, any idea's on what it is or how to get it off her laptop?

a reinstall of what? the OS?

I find that Spybot also does a great job getting stubborn programs out of a system.

Malwarebytes is good.
