I want lcpdfr dispatch to saying real nyc name such as 

"Attention all units, we have report a shot fired in 86th street."

Currently that's half possible, there are realistic radio mods out there, but they won't say the exact thing (Such as "Dispatch to 123 respond to a domestic disturbance at Owl Creek Ave cross Big Horn Drive, no weapons involved")  without sounding like a robot. It would take a while to record all of the streets and edit them together, and no one has done it yet. And there would probably have to be a script involved to put all of the text together. (because the defualt LCPD ones are just random audio files playing.)
