Yeah Blade's trainer is good, but just temporarily because it is just missing so many features. With SNT we'll be able to so much more, like customize vehicles without going to LSC, or playing with the 13.000 animations, and pretty much anything else from GTA IV's SNT will also be in it.

​It wasn't supposed to be as nearly as advanced as the SNT, it was "just" a proof of concept. 

I'm happy to see that the SNT is making a come-back though!
