​I think Baboso is referring to the 'old gen' patches, on the NPC officers.

​The old gen LSHP officers had different LSHP patches over the next gen LSHP officers? Huh...I did not know that...guess you learn something new everyday then, huh? Interesting.

      What is troubling you exactly? For example the NYPD has a highway division, I don't see what is so wrong about having Los Santos Highway Patrol.

    ​Tis fine my friend. Such mistakes happen. But I think the guy above you had mistaken as well. I don't believe LSHP had different patches over the games. Eh oh well, everyone makes mistakes, no worries my friend. No worries! :)
