game dont load road and the buildings dont apear!

it loads and it dont load objects but i have a very good PC i was able to run it a linger time ago i have it on LOWEST setting :(

but cars and somestuff does!

Also, before you had any mods installed, was the game okay then?

Not trying to be funny here, but the reason that you're getting 60 FPS might be because nothing is loading, lol. As AlconH said, how was the game without mods? When did these issues begin to occur?

​LOL funny i think u were trying to be funny and it did run 60fps before the problem! with everything set on VERY HIGH

What you need is a command line

Open a new notepad file and paste this into it:

-norestrictions
-availablevidmem 100
-percentvidmem 100
-memrestrict 419430400
-novblank

then save it as commandline.txt

and put it in the main directory of your game

I had textures loss like you said in your first post. Then I broke that amd video card in pieces and got a Nvidia graphics card. I don't get any texture loss anymore.

well i guess i found out that if u switch all settings TO MAX it works LOL wierd i had everything to LOWEST its crazy!

oh and that commandline.txt i think accutly made it worse!

​You rated me one down cuz your stupid self doesn't even know how to use a commandline. ask 10 lcpdfr players if they have a command line, and 10 will say they do. gta iv is impossible to use without a commandline. the command line i sent was mine, for my system. it likely wouldnt work for yours. so next time instead of saying that i broke your shit, get off your lazy ass and use google to learn how to use a command line.

Actually, you'll find that it was me who down voted you answer since it was completely incorrect.

You do not always need to use a command line to play GTA IV normally and the OP has quite decent specs, meaning he should not need to use a command line. Instead, the root cause of the problem needed to be found in order to solve the problem, which your post did not do.

Instead of acting like a 4 year old and throwing a rage fit of downvotes on this thread, why don't you just shrug it off? It's not like the down vote is shown anywhere than inside this thread to indicate a poorer solution to the problem, It does not affect your rep on your profile. 

Note: I do not have a command line. I can play with 60FPS on High.
