    I would first suggest lowering your graphics settings. 

    Firstly, what version of LCPDFR are you running, and secondly what other mods are you running?

    ​I am 1.1 with els 8. I think I had to many mods because it does not happen as often now.

    Are you using LCPDFR 1.1 and ELS 8.5?

    ​What are the log files. I don't know that is why I did not post them but it is solved now, thanks.

    I took out all my mods, only installed a few and then I also installed .net script hook thing for police helper to work. Also going slow not making the game load real fast.
