Most likely you don't have any problems with your vehicles or carvariations, but the problem is that you have reached the limit for vehicles which can be changed in the gameconfig.xml, more info and what values to change can be found here: (there are more values down in the thread relating to vehicles that addons will not work without)

To create flash patterns i have found  http://www.binaryconvert.com/convert_unsigned_int.html to be the most useful converter because it has squares at the bottom, green is on grey is off then convert to decimal.  

I am pretty sure just find the texture file and the drawable object and import it into zmod

@Albo1125 I have a couple of requests, 
1- Please remove on off sound when using manual siren
2- In the custom sirens .xml please make it so we can choose for the horn not to be a siren
3- Please allow dual tones of the same sirens (i like wail and wail) but am unable to do so
4- Please add Q siren function, in the custom siren .xml instead of primary or secondary have manual(Q siren function) It would be then you press (what ever key) it plays the selected files in the xml until the end and if you press it again while it is still running it will start over

2. Camping on private property or right near a road
3. Gunshots (they r killing their chickens or other animals for dinner
4. Trying to burn the alien monument
5. A neighbor stole their goat (someone goat ran away and the neighbor has one that looks the same)
6. Brewing your own beer and selling it
7. Drunk driving on an ATV
8. Domestic Disturbance, with an animal (cow is not producing enough milk so he is fighting and yelling at her,  chicken wants to ride on his car but noooo)
9. Hitchhiking 
10. Yelling at cars driving past
11. Fishing off a bridge that is very high and their line does not even touch the water (like the bridge that crosses chilad wilderness
12.  Walking down the highway like you own the place

If the game works well so use DX 11 its good to make your game better :D

You may benefit from directx 11. It allows for more anti aliasing options, which in my opinion make the game look a whole lot better. Sometimes direct x 10 works better for some and worse for others. There are no guarantees that DX 11 makes the game run better. I've had situations where reverting to DX 10 saved 15 or so frames and times where DX 11 were better.

Thanks for making this thread. I guess I'll open up with my thoughts:

I am a right wing conservative, so you'd expect me to believe we should have guns. Well, I do believe we should be able to own guns as it's our right here in the US. However, I feel that strict restrictions / background checks are needed. If: you're under some sort of criminal investigation, suffering from mental health issues, or you have some sort of violent criminal history, you should not be able to purchase / own a firearm.

It's common sense that taking guns away completely will only help out a little. People will still acquire guns illegally, just like they acquire drugs illegally.

Just my two cents.

You need to make sure all plugins match your ragehook version or delete them. That is what works for me. Happens every update.

Also make sure that in vehicles.meta, the car shows in the flags "FLAG_HAS_LIVERY" (or something like that, it'll probably be in police3 and police lines anyway)

If they're multi-livery enabled by the modeler, then I don't think there's a limit, as long as you name the skins correctly in the .ytd file! :)
