I have some problems when I play LCPDFR MP. First of all, I can't pull people over. Second, I can't stop traffic (Quick Action Menu). And, when I try to firsk, arrest, etc. a ped they walk away! This is very annoying. And I need help ASAP. Any Suggestions?

Here's the thing, LCPDFR is and has never been stable with MP. It has gotten close, but its not there and might never get there. LCPDFR 1.1 is a bit Unstable for MP, try to use 1.0c as it may be the most stable. LCPDFR being unstable is very annoying, but the Dev team is trying their best. It's not really their faults that MP is different than Single player.
