Everything looks good, however I think you should ditch 16 Gb of ram (Overkill) And go for something more balanced like 8Gb of ram and upgrade your CPU to a i7.

No i just enjoy having the best and no its onlu around 900 to 1000

I agree with Ekalb in saying you should reduce your RAM to 8GB and upgrade your graphics card to a GTX 560 if you want to keep your budget. It is much easier and cheaper to add RAM in then replace a graphics card or even SLI. Your system would be a lot more balanced that way.

Sort of. I'd stop wasting money on RAM, no gamer needs over 6, get rid of the two 550's and buy one really good card instead and use an i7 if possible. AMD's are worthless for games at this point in time.

Probably a new Radeon 7000 series unless you plan on waiting to see what nVidias response is.
