Rotator lights do not work ingame

Featured Replies

Hey there,

So I installed 2 different vehicles with rotating lights and they don't seem to work. I installed the ELS file and updated the slot control but it does not work when i turn the lights on in game. The lights will all go on but not move. I have tried putting the primary's on different settings (c-04, etc) and nothing happens... Any help?

The rotating lights (DROT) will only work on the vehicles that actually have "rotating" lights in the base game. That means it'll only work on police, police2, the firetruck and the ambulance. If you are on EFLC it will also work for police3 (the buffalo, think it's 3) and the police motorcycle.

If you add police or police to gta 4 with a new vehicles.img file, it will work on those also. But outside of what SuperStumpje said, there is no way to make them work on any other vehicle.

Sticks and stones may break bones, but 5.56 fragments on impact.
