I suppose you mean the sheriff's department, and it looks like they responded quickly and swiftly took care of the situation.

But we still don't know what kind of knife it was; was it like the keychain type or was it one of the larger ones? Nonetheless, the aggressor wounded his classmate enough to send him into the hospital, and he was rightfully arrested for it.

I don't really understand the question. The article and news report really doesn't mention anything about what actions were taken by school security, so I'm not sure what you mean.

Oh I understand now. The SROs seemed to do a great job. Luckily they were close to the classroom. Don't know what type of security the school has entrance wise, but the school board is probably gonna push for metal detectors now I'm guessing.

Back on topic, I Think they handled it well.

reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

This shit is crazy. Yesterday in my university campus one student stabbed another one twenty times, sending the guy to hospital. Unfortunately, medics were unable to do anything. This shit happened over a girl, and now one young man is dead, the other one could face up to 15 years. In the article above a student mentions you don't know what to expect from fellow students now, and I agree. Violence so close to you f-s you up...

Seems like an appropriate response to a little argument 'I know! I'll stab him!'.

In all seriousness, schools police seemed to handle it well. But how did a 10th grader (12 years old? I'm not sure how American school years work) get a pocket knife?
