^ in this video they had couple of vehicles how do i get that menu and those vehicles ? Just to tell everyone i am new to gta

The cars are private but you can find similar ones here, Just search RCMP.

So i installed the thing but i have ASI - ELS EMERGENCY LIGHTING SYSTEM V5.rarASI - ELS EMERGENCY LIGHTING SYSTEM V5VERSION A (FOR GTAIV V1070) Install and it removed that -_- how do i make them both work is is there somthing like ASI - ELS EMERGENCY LIGHTING SYSTEM V5.rarASI - ELS EMERGENCY LIGHTING SYSTEM V5VERSION A (FOR GTAIV V1070) ?
