I would really like someone to do a skin for the templated Granger based on the U.S. Park Ranger Tahoes. Also if someone could do a texture for the Park Ranger ped with National Park Service patches and that uniform style that would be much appreciated too.

Try extracting SparkIV to your game directory and running it from there. Alternatively, download and use OpenIV as it's a much better program.

It's happened before. There are far too many backups out there. If they've got a competent setup, all that will have been raided is the front-end servers.
The back-end servers are probably distrubuted around the world.
They'll be up in a few hours, at worse a week or two.

Sure I wouldn't mind "Beta Testing" them, just Private message me.

We have it at work, we pretty much figured out that there are some whacky drivers. I would recommend just disabling power saving mode (i.e that the computer falls asleep after a few minutes) and disabling hibernation.
