hello all. just installed the latest verson, however im getting a msg stating i dont have "games for windows live redistributable 3". where do i find this/correct this problem??? thank you.

Download games for windows live from the link in my signature below. When it has finished downloading install it.

Could you explain what you mean by "error on their end" ? What sort, if any, of error message are you getting?

installation failed. is this because im not registered with windows live, or another issue???

Its nothing to do with windows live.

Make sure your GTA directories are not read only and run the installer as administrator.
