Weird error

Upon installing the game, I tried to run LaunchGTAIV.exe but it gave me this error:

After spamming me with the same error, the program launched normally with no problems.

hmm i have never heard of that but i have been doing some looking around. i found a youtube video so maybe this can help you

Like the error says, you have a corrupt .dll file.  Although it is difficult to tell which .dll from your pictures, it probably can be repaired by reinstalling the following:

.Net Framework 4.5, Microsoft Visual C++ Redist 2012, DirectX 9
