Yes it's possible, but somebody would have to create a vast section of LA in some sort of map making program, they'd then need to port it into GTA IV and then add ped paths and vehicles paths.

IMO, not worth the time and hassle.

It is possible to change Liberty City to New York, but that requires a lot of texture work. Luckily there's a mod that does it for you, makes most things like New York. And if you like an elderly NYC, download the WTC Mod.

I agree with Jordy! i started changing road sign's and advertisement's to Halifax about a month ago, and i've only got bohan done and MAYBE half of algonquin, haven't even started alderney yet, i have some shop's changed in dukes and broker
