i heard there is a built in trainer in LCPDFR, is that true and how would I use it? like you can spawn cars etc....thanks

Nope. Most people use SNT

You can use the console by pressing either ' or `

You can then type "Heal" for full health and no vehicle damage

Or Spawn Banshee (replace banshee with model name) or Spawn Police

NOPE.....SNT like rjn4 said or the in game console like Tom H said. SNT is worlds better than the in game console.This could have been figured out by looking at the key bindings for LCPD:FR. You seem to dominate the sections of this forum with every question that comes to your mind.
