Ok now on topic. I need a good recording software to use and OBS Is making me mad when recording. videos fuzzy.

I know Overwolf has a video recording software built in, but (double-edged sword here:) it compresses it. 1 hour recording Borderlands @720P, max quality == ~6 gigs, so that's about 1 gig every 10 minutes.

One quirk about it is it desynchronizes audio and video (audio plays before the relevant video frame plays) so you'll have to fix that in post.

In terms of recording, the best imo is Nvidia Shadowplay but that's only if you have a GPU that supports it. If you dont, Action! is also great but you will NOT be able to record games with ENB as some files interfere with it in some cases, that includes GTA 4. If you do run an ENB, either remove it or just fraps/bandicam although they arent that great due to low quality or very very large file sizes (fraps). 

You need to change the bitrate in OBS. It's normally set up for streaming (not recording), which requires a lower quality based on your internet speed. Go to settings -> Encoding -> change max bitrate based on this chart.
