yes its unlocked and I have the durastar international downloaded already all I need is a skin for it but I would like the ladder truck made cuz I want to make a couple videos with it plus I live in Casselberry Florida so I like to use these kind of things and I do have one more request if someone could make a pierce fire engine that looks like this.
