I have tried to fix this problem for a while now and i couldn't find anything to fix this problem. I have installed the DirectX thing and it didn't work, i have downloaded all Microsoft Visual and nothing please help.

That link seems to be out of date? It just takes me to a "download windows 10" page on the microsoft website. I'm having the exact same problem and looking for a solution.

I actually ended up solving the problem. Thank you all for your time and assistance during this issue. After days of trial and error I ended up googling the missing file name and found a version of direct x that my computer required. The exact file name is directx_Jun2010_redist. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8109 I believe that is the correct link. Hope that helps those of you who still have this problem. Again, thank you guys for helping out, I truly appreciate it.
