are there any mods or is there a way to have the car on but all the lights off? So lets say i can do radar but be totally dark?

Look at the indicator mod in the downloads section, that allows you to manually turn all lights on and off.

Or alternatively use the option in SNT "Force lights on/off"

I dont have SNT yet, well, last time i got it I wasnt able to change the hotkeys so lets say I did "alt+u" to put on a hat, a heli would spawn or something like that. And I didnt figure out how to change those keys

Well then in that case, if that was complicated then just use the Indicator like NicolaiB advised...
