Exeption EFcreateError In Module DSOUND.DLL at 000116c5

Cannot create file C:/program files/rockstar games/ELF/asilog.txt

Access is denied???

I have the latest patch

This is a good GTA IV not cracked or whatever

There is no other LCPFR on it exept 1.0d (the one I want to run)

I am running LCPDFR 1.0d

I want to run it on TBoGT

If somehow is not compatible with TBoGT then plz tell me

I know its compatible with EFLC because I did play this before.

It has NO mods. Vanilla

I did not mess around with the files.

I did thou tried to delete Dsounds and LCPDFR didn't work so I uninstalled it and installed it again (its good as new now)

I do have the computer to run GTA EFLC smoothly

I am on PC LOL

And I don't know if this makes a difference but I do have a active malware and virus protector running

that's all :)

If you have a part of a solution or the WHOLE solution :D plz tell me

Thank you.

Oh and this isn't to TBoGT folder this is just to EFLC folder.

Right click on the EFLC folder, select properties and uncheck "Read Only". You may also need to disable User Account Control in Windows settings.

It is already Un checked and I disabled Account control it still says the same thing, is that the only solution??? If it is I guess Ill just keep trying

I guess that fixed PART of it. Now it does run but when I click alt+p nothing happens, I guess ill just keep testing stuff for now.

Runing the game as administrator should fix it.

Uhh... sorry if I sound dumb but where do I get those?

Posting the LCPDFR log might help. Or even better run the Diagnostics Tool and post your results.

Run the Diagnostics Tool that comes with LCPDFR 1.0. It's installed into /lcpdfr/ in your game folder.

Ok I am but not right  now I was playing 9.5 and something went wrong and I had to re-install the game, so when the games installed ill download 1.0 and run it. If this doesn't work im gonna post a vid of me downloading it and stuff if that's ok? So you can see if im doing something wrong
