Well, gonna make an NYPD Skin, and i can't tell which color looks best. So here i am.

Which shade is the best and most accurate?

(If you have an better suggestion you can tell me in RGB format)

I would probably go for 5, the rest look either too dark or too light. 

I suggest getting the color from this picture if you want to make the newer style:

or getting the color from this picture, if you want to recreate the older style:

I also suggest changing your graphics with a timecyc or ENB if you want real colors in game, since the original timecyc in GTA IV is pretty dark and also has a blueish tone to it.

I'm just gonna polish up the unit number a bit, then the curved "police" text at the front. 

Gonna be released in cooperation with officerluka130 in an non ELS pack, but can be used with other cars, using the DSF CVPI.
