I'm looking for a car pack I can install using Spark/Open IV, I want the cars to be the separate .wtf and .wtd files not the IMG file as I have a police pack in and it would be troubling to try and pull them out and add them in.

    You can extract the .wft and .wtd from the pack's .img.

    Edit: Oh, editing the handling.dat and vehicles.ide and everything would cost a lot of time.
