I recently bought a new OS Windows 8.1. Installed all the updates, new netframework and everything up to date. When I install a model into GTA IV, it always says Error from Vehicle Mod Installer or I was to install it manually in Spark, it says it cannot be saved or rebuild. 

Has anyone had issues Modding in Windows 8?

    I have tried that version as well, no luck :(

     

    ^ That and also, try running the program as administrator.

    Did that. I also tried running as Windows 7 and still won't let me.
