After I complete a mugging call or any other call, my game crashes and it says: GTA.IV not responding, i did not pass Romans first mission if that is importante and i have windows 7 32-bit.

Ok and yea i have to say in the previous versions this did not happen.. But do you think it might be because i didnt pass the first mission or something (Romans mission)
