Did you know that when a cop is on patrol with a partner they check vehicle plates when they are stoped behind them, So ofcourse they gonna check the vehicle plates of the car when he pulls over a car, why do you think it takes them about 5 minutes before they approach your driver side window, its cuz they are checking your plates.

Ok and yea i have to say in the previous versions this did not happen.. But do you think it might be because i didnt pass the first mission or something (Romans mission)

After I complete a mugging call or any other call, my game crashes and it says: GTA.IV not responding, i did not pass Romans first mission if that is importante and i have windows 7 32-bit. Thank You -Alan

Never mind I found out what the problem was.

Hey guy's, When i try to load up LCPD:FR it gives me a error about DSOUND.DLL, here is a picture bellow how it looks like: I have windows 7 32-bit. -Alan
