My gta iv(original) runs fine along wf several car skins, i hav installed the LCPD FR and the game starts fine but it crashes halfway loading into the save. i then unistall GTA iv n reinstall, the game wouldnt start at all

There's more to it than just running as an admin. Did you go through the whole of the topic I linked to?

does this mod work with ELS v6?? becuse i guess thts the issue. Also, i hv instlled a nypd police car but the car look aa bit old nd rusty compre to the picture on the web. appreciate any solution.

It can work with ELS V6 but it may crash the game somewhat often.
