We've invaded countless countries, so we have no room to step in and do anything. I think Obama made the right decision by keeping the United States neutral. We don't need another war.

I heard about a Russian jet, forgot the name of it, and basically they said the jet has a missile on it that has a range of 7,000 miles. I don't believe this is true and I think it's over-exaggerated, but is that honestly true?

I highly doubt it is since most jet mounted missiles are a type of cruise missile and they generally have a range of about 600-900 nautical miles.
