Oh run the game as admin, i was running the diagnostic thing as admin lol. so i did that. went into the game. Did "alp-p" but nothing happened

What did the diagnostics tool say?

Drag the diagnostics tool to the desktop then run the diagnostics tool as a admin just like you did with the game.

When it has finished, click more information and copy and paste the text here.

Try reinstalling LCPDFR 0.95 again. You may have forgotten to install ScriptHook on installation.

Before I reinstall it should I go and delete the LCPDFR folder in EFLC?

That's great! Enjoy this awesome modification- it has as much content and possible playtime as the whole of EFLC itself!

By default, the arrow keys as well as the WASD set up should be able to be used to control steering. In fact, I used to use the arrow keys to steer before I got a wired Xbox 360 controller to drive, and I also use EFLC 1.1.2.0. If they don't work for you. You can always change that by going into the Controls, then to Keyboard-Mouse configuration. After that find, the driving controls for steering, and press the left/right arrow keys to replace the A and S keys to steer left and right.

I'm pretty sure you can still use the process above to bind the accelerate and brake keys to the up and down keys, but before that, you will need to bind the activation key of the cell phone from the up key to a different key.
