Any other mods that could interfere? How are you starting the game, through a shortcut or from your down loader? (Direct2Drive, Steam ect...)

Maybe something went bad with the download, try re downloading the installer... I can not think of anything that has not already been said.

• Make sure you are running the games as an administrator.
  
• Look in the list of your installed programs. look for ".net framework 4.0 full" or similar. If you see ".net framework 4 Client profile" then you have the wrong version so download this one here:

I am starting the game directly from the shortcut.Its wierd because this worked before but it just stopped working now. I only have ELS and Trainer. I need trainer's scripts to run LCPDFR.

Are keybindings disabled in trainer?

What is "Trainer" you don't technically need a trainer to run LCPDFR, only advanced hook and when you installed LCPDFR, It should have checked for system compadibility sooo. Oh yea and your LCPDFR.log should be @"C:Program Files (x86)Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IV". Under LCPDFR log? hope this helps

Haha, yes it is working now, I had to run it as admin. I know this is off topic but I don't want to just start a new thread for a small question. How do you enable the ELS menu that pops up on the side and what are the keys to it?

In game while in a pursuit, I tried to call backup.

and I got this error message

Error is script 'CSharp.Engine.Core'

Umm any suggestions?

This error won't let me call backup or authorize lethal force.

Not sure what causes this.But it happened to me,too, sometime ago.Create a new thread to get attention from devs.This thread seems deprived of that.
