I hate the new youtube, Everyone stealing everyon's vids JUST to get views, People doing it for money, KIDS, KIDS EVERYWHERE, My channel only has 404 subs and im proud of the content I post up, I dont post up endless ammounts of vids just to see what happens, Everyone should take the time to make QUALITY not QUANITY, Anymore, I barf when I vist youtube, This just proves my point even further, Anywho, Since he stole your vid, I honestly think you should do something about it, Its kinda sad to see people not use something as simple as google, And then act on it, in this case, Interpiting a modded GTA IV as Gta V, When its obviously not...........

Listen man,I dunno if people took this vid real seriously because if they did,and the comments were positive in nature,I will assume that half the population on this planet is nothing but assholes.Anybody with a normal healthy human mind can easily tell at least one of the cars shown in the video,which Grand Theft Auto NEVER features in any of its games.Secondly,those who have played IV might know the places shown as well as they know their neighborhood.Thirdly,anybody with a modding instinct can easily tell why we could add the name of a person named Boris Vorontsov in the credits of this video.And I am saying all this just after watching the video's first 4 seconds.

I didn't really care that he copy the video cuz there's at 20 copy of my video flying around you-tube and I am happy that they like them, and no I can't file a complain since I just own a copy of GTA IV but not the copyright of it, which is the main reason why we have to keep all these mods free or Rockstar will make sure they sued us for every single dollars we earn for copyrights. Here's why I don't even bother reporting them to you-tube anymore they say; "

Indeed. You cannot file a copyright claim because you do not own the rights to the original video.

Even if you did, the poster of that video could aruge he was simply 'reporting news' which is a fair usage of copyrighted material (without consent).
