Actually, not really. Firing squad is no longer available in any state for new offenses; the only people who are eligible for a firing squad are 4 prisoners in Utah who requested firing squad before 2004 (when it was removed as a method going forward). The only other state that has it on the books is Oklahoma, in which it is not authorized, and won't be unless lethal injection and electrocution are both ruled unconstitutional. Barring that (which is unlikely), only those four prisoners in Utah could be executed by firing squad, and no one can be added to the list.
