Heres my first video

 

 

I won't be using those cars again as they always flip, and crash my game alot. So I've deleted ELS and using the base cars. 

Most of my patrols will be in algonquin or broker and I will use the Merit patrol most times. 

 

For those wondering I use PlayClaw 5 demo for recording and I dont edit as I dont know any decent recording software. 

 

 

Oh and I'll upload one video every LCPDFR a day here and to YT, and I also do a random game video which I only upload to YT

A few things I'd like to suggest. Please note, this is my opinion and mine only.

 

1. Don't record if you can barely run the game. Anything under 20 FPS is unbearable to watch.

2. Buy/use a free recording software that doesn't display a logo all over the screen. It's really irritating.

3. Use a graphic enhancer of some sort, even if it's just a time cycle. If it lowers your FPS too much, revert back to point 1.

4. Swap out the default siren.

5. Add commentary if possible, not many people are going to watch a 15 minute video with only in-game audio.

1. Graphics were up a little higher than usual as I lost my save and settings, and it's probably partly because of the car mods im using, which will be taken out for the next one

2. Only other free one I know of is OBS which I can't get to work with IV, but soon I will buy the full version of it which will increase the quality and remove the logo on the screen

3. I will look for a time cycle mod

4. I am going to do that for the next one

5. I don't have any microphone or anything so I can't do that.

So, for some reason, even on the worst graphics, with the base cars, GTA4 will not hit 20FPS at all. For 5 minutes is good at 25-30 then it just drops to 15 and never goes higher than 17 no matter what.

It was ELS, although I cant seem to get decent FPS no matter what I do, starts off at 25-30 then just drops after 5 minutes to 15-20 and never goes over 20 again. No idea why this is as it happens even on base game with just LCPDFR on the lowest graphics

If you're talking about ELS its simple

 

Make sure the correct files are installed then

 

J for light modes

T for siren (when light are off)

Y for horn (or whatever its called on a police car)

G for siren (with lights off) and use T to toggle sirens

I have my own ELS 8.0 German Settings.

I meant, if you have only the lights on and the siren turns off, but the ride vehicles go anyway to the side.

I see this in many Videos.

I'm unsure what you mean, I just turn the lights on, press shift for pullover, and pull up. I'm not completely sure what you mean

You mean the traffic moves out of the way with only the lights on? You need to open ELS.ini and find and set this:

 

Lstg3LightsMoveTraf = on

You can switch out handling lines for the correct vehicles. Sgt Kanyo has a huge compilation of them here : '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>

It wasnt the only reason, another reason is because they lower FPS. I will get back to LCPDFR but I will be using the base cars, without ELS, and if I do go back to ELS it will prob be SGT Kanyos NYPD cars and handling
