    I love the DROT feature of ELS so I would have to go with that on LCPD cars. SAHP cars work too, but this isn't SA :P

    DROT is the rotating function that is a feature of ELSv8. It simulates rotating halogen lights.   I'm all for DROT anything, so the SAHP one gets my vote. You can always change textures later.
