Ok awesome

Here is what I came up with: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/fpF3WZ  I switched out the cases for a slightly more expensive one to give you more room when building and more cable management options since it will be your first time building. I switched out the RAM for 1886 instead of 2133, they are virtually the same anyways. I switched out the Logisys CPU cooler you had for a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO, I have one and it is excellent. Plus, it has over 1000 reviews with an average of 4.6 out of 5. I also switched out the motherboard for an ATX one since you are using an ATX case and not a Micro-ATX one.

Lol I can deal with 14 years lol so not a problem thanks I think Imma go ahead and start buying the parts

well cool, one thing before you go is to check if you know how to do the BIOS update the guy was talking about. GOOD LUCK!   You choose if u want acod's build or your build

You should check tigerdirect.com they are having a sale on components and they always have sales so you might be able to save some money. If you want it to pre built and ready to go i would use cyber power i got my computer through walmart and it was only about 600. Now i got the basics and i just used parts from my current pc and upgraded things later on. IMO 1200 to 1300 is just too much and you still have to assemble it.

And for the graphics card you dont really need to go all out to play GTA IV I have a gtx 660 and i can play it on high and ultra settings just fine. Now GTA V will be coming early next year so you may want to get a better card so your prepared for it or you can wait because there will be sales around that time.

I heard Cyber Power was terrible and it had bad shipping

Like i said i purchased mine through walmart and i didnt have any issues, i did read some bad reviews but the only issue i had was the power supply went out but i had already put my own in. But i did get the cheapest one, im just suggesting it if you dont want to spend alot upfront but if you have the money and want to build it yourself i would go with tigerdirect.

Honestly, I dont wanna build lol but everyone seems like if you get a pre-built gaming computer its a piece of crap. If i could find a good brand that sells good gaming computer i would buy a pre-built if you know a good brand that has good gmaing computer please let me know thanks for all your help

Your local shops should be able to build & assemble a custom gaming PC for you, when you tell/give them the parts, or probably even if you just give your budget.

It seems like you already decided on your parts, so if you don't want to assemble it yourself, you can ask a local shop to do it for you, for a small fee of course.

But I would recommend you do it yourself (maybe with help from a friend who knows about computers, if you can), putting the parts in is as simple as that game that we give to children, square block goes in square hole, circle block goes in circle hole. Plus, you've got manuals if you're ever confused (see the motherboard manual).  The only remotely difficult part would be the first start-up & configuring everything.

Pre-built PCs are 99% overpriced a lot & have mediocre parts. So they don't give as much bang-for-your-buck as a custom PC.
